Sourcebooks is an independent book publisher that put out ~290 titles on OverDrive in the last year. According to its website:

eBooks: the standard eBook licenses allows one loan at a time and does not expire. At a price of $14.74, the unit cost is relatively low. It exceeds the average cost of the print equivalent ($11.08) for a markup of 33%. Because the license does not expire, Sourcebooks offers a much better value than the Big Five and qualifies for the RF Good Buy designation.
eAudio: SourceBooks does not publish the eAudio format. Its authors publish eAudio versions of their books with other publishers.
